Confused and Frustrated -"Any suggestions on how I can crush his heart before I break up with him?"

I recently found out that my live in boyfriend of 3 years had been having sex with his wife (he lied about that too... telling me that he was separated for a year when we first met)for the first year of our relationship.

For revenge I told him that I was going to have sex with my ex and he flipped out but agreed to the plan.

That was about 4 months ago and I am sure he has forgotten about this agreement and feels that things are much better between us now that all the secrets are out in the open.

I however hate him more and more every day and I cant stop thinking about his lying and cheating. I have lost all interest in sex but still want to cheat on him to make him hurt as much as he hurt me.

Any suggestions on how I can crush his heart before I break up with him and kick him out of my house?
