"He later found out that i had been cheating on him with a friend"

i have been with my current boyfriend for seven years now and he proposed about a year ago but he later found out that i had been cheating on him with a friend from my past and shared x rated photos to a former class mate, now we were supposed to be married last year october but that didnt happen because of all these issues.

He actaally found out in march but i had just lost my dad around that time and so we really didnt deal with the issue, besides he had asked me to do lie detector test which i agreed but when the time came i refused because i felt it was so degrading.

My question is , how do i get him to forgive me and somehow move on?
