Husband requesting different women on Facebook - Is He Looking to cheat?

My husband constantly likes random pictures of sexy women and is asking different women to be friends on FB my question is.. Is he getting ready To cheat on me ? Is he Looking for someone ??

I know that is not cheating at this point, but isn't this something that leads to cheating? I hear about Facebook cheating all the time, and I am worried I will become one of those statistics.
