I believe my husband is seeing a chic at work - Should I suspect that my husband is lying?

My husband was working at a job for sometime and then got offered a better job. He worked the new job for one day and quit to go back to his old job.

The one day he was at the new job....he received a text message from a co-work at his old job "Dude Tracy is crying" i found this when i went through his phone without him knowing two days after he went back to his old job.

Should I suspect that he is lying or cheating on me?
