I know he's cheating how do I approach him - Is he worth it?

Ok stupid I know but I've been dating this guy for a while he has a reputation for being a man-whore.

Lately i've noticed his behavior has changed and little obvious signs or another woman's presence.

But when I ask if he's seeing someone else he asks why i asked that and throws me some excuse to the things I said seen.

We separated for about a month and during someone posted a picture of him with 2 females and a guy at a paintball range. Call it woman's intuition some things are just too obvious but i dont want to be without him.

How do I address it and do you think he's worth it? All suspicion aside he's amazing and he makes me feel amazing as well. He's like no other man i've met but i can't help but wonder if he'll ever be completely be faithful..
