Just found out he cheated while we were engaged, now married 14 years, should I confront him?

We've been married 14 years and have 3 kids. Recently went to a psychic for answers to various questions. I've always suspected that he may have cheated while we were engaged, so I asked the psychic if he ever had. She responded "Yes, it was a one-time thing, and it didn't mean anything. He truly loves you. He has not cheated since you've been married."

Should I confront him about it? Ask him why? Don't know how to feel because it was before we were married--a lot of people have a "last fling" before taking the plunge-- but also feel betrayed and want an explanation why. I have never cheated on him.
