Learning from the past

I was married sixteen years to a man who was not faithful for even one of those years. I finally got the courage to leave when I saw the effects of his behavior on my children.

After many years alone I met a wonderful man. My kids love him. My family adores him. I have felt more loved than ever before in my life. I recently found out his divorce is not final. He lives alone and the divorce is filed for but not final. The woman, still legally the wife, had contacted me many times saying it was over with them and warning me that he is a terrible person. Now she is calling to say she wants him back. My heart is torn in two many directions all at once.

As fate has it I am doing a research paper on infidelity. I really need to hear stories of other persons who has cheated and been cheated on for my research. I hope that when it is finished I can provide help to those who are dealing with this in their lives as well.
