My husband never wants sex anymore

We have been married for two years now and we have sex maybe once a month. We used to have sex 4-5 times per week but that started to diminish about six months prior to our wedding. I quit initiating it because I don't want to feel rejected. I am an attractive woman but am losing my self confidence because I don't feel wanted by my own husband. I don't know what to do anymore. Could he be cheating on me or is he just not attracted to me anymore?
