Uneasy about pictures of he and ex wedding pix still displayed after 17 years (we 2 married couple)

I went with my boyfriend 5 years before we married. We stayed married 2 years and I divorced him.

We had a short separation and hooked up again and are still together in a "committed" relationship to date. He was married prior and has two grown children and two grand children.

Through all of this he has not taken down pictures of his ex-wife and their wedding pictures. He does not have any pictures of me in the living area with his "family" or any other place in his house.

They have one daughter between them who is finishing college this year and his ex has remarried.

I was wondering what to make of it; I have talked to him and he says it is to remind him of how he broke up his family by cheating. What do you think?
